BENEATH THE BARK KENNEL'S ENTIRE EXPRESSED GUARANTEE
Upon arrangement to obtain a dog from Beneath the Bark Kennel, all buyers must acknowledge agreement in writing to all conditions stated below. No other guarantees given, either expressed or implied!
TEN-DAY GUARANTEE ON DEATH DUE TO ILLNESS AND ONE-YEAR ON CONGENITAL ONLY!
This guarantee is between the seller and initial buyer only, and becomes null and void if ownership changes.
Seller guarantees that all vaccinations and medications stated on record supplied by seller have been given to the dog on the recorded dates.
This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of this dog or replacement with a puppy of equal or greater value only (at the seller's discretion). Seller is not responsible for any associated charges such as veterinary fees, shipping charges, etc.
Seller does not guarantee size and/or color of dog at maturity. No guarantee is given regarding buyer's ability to show or breed this dog..
TO VALIDATE THIS GUARANTEE THE BUYER MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
(1)BUYER MUST TAKE THIS DOG TO A VETERINARIAN WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF POSSESSION, AND A COPY OF THE VETERINARIAN’S FINDINGS IN THIS EXAMINATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY SELLER FROM BUYER WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THIS EXAMINATION. (I do not need nor want a copy of the Veterinarian's charges.) FAILURE TO DO SO WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID ALL OF THE SELLER’S LIABILTY STATED ON THIS GUARANTEE.
(2) If death due to illness (not neglect or injury) occurs within 10 (ten) days from date of possession by buyer, buyer must immediately supply to seller a written affidavit from buyer's Veterinarian verifying and describing the illness which resulted in death; and must return this dog's microchip to seller.
(3) If any congenital health problems are found within one year of date of purchase, the dog must be returned to seller at buyer's expense with a written affidavit from buyer's Veterinarian describing and verifying the congenital health problem and microchip number.
(4) Buyer must sign any and all papers necessary in order to transfer full ownership back to seller.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this guarantee fully, and that this guarantee is solely under the jurisdiction of the State of Missouri, in the County of Douglas. It is agreed by all parties that the sole place of venue for any and all dispute(s) concerning this transaction shall be in Douglas County, Missouri.
This guarantee is valid only after being signed and dated by both buyer and seller.

A copy of this guarantee must be mailed to Beneath the Bark Kennel, with all of the Buyer’s lines filled in, including buyer’s legal signature and date signed after arrangements are made to obtain a schnauzer. DO NOT FILL IN SELLER'S LINES!
